Apply to face and body every 1-2 hours. While this is water resistant, you should re-apply after swimming or excessive sweating.
I do not have equipment to scientifically measure levels of SPF so I can not offer guarantees regarding exact SPF ratings, however thorough research shows our sunscreen is at least 30 SPF as each ingredient used offers natural SPF protection. Just like other sunscreens you should re-apply every hour or so and after water play or excessive sweating.
