Ingredients: Magnesium oil made with Ancient Minerals Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride flakes and your choice between a peppermint and lavender essential oil blend or peppermint and a Tranquility blend (Orange, geranium, Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, Vetiver and Neroli)
Store in a cool dry place and use within 4 months.
Simply roll on nape of neck, temples, behind the ears or wherever you may be tense or have pain. Apply as needed.
Due to this being a straight magnesium oil, it is not reccomended for children. Some tingling and redness may occur and can indicate a true magnesium deficiency.
